As far as I know it's not real. It's just a made up element of Dan Brown's 'The Da Vinci Code' novel.

The Priory of Sion is a complete fabrication, made up by some French journalists to con the oh so gullible public who are so easiuly taken in by guff such as that contained in Dan Brown's book.
