It wont disappear but computer players might move it (like run into it and kick it) if you leave it laying around but you can put it in a dresser or something and it will be safe, trust me ive beaten the game and I'm the master of all four guilds.

Yes I suppose so. I've finished all the quest and guild quests. You can kill someone's asss in the priory (a resident who's not part of any quest). But make sure to save the game before you kill them and also make sure you kill them in their house. Best time is to break and enter in their house in the night in sneak mode, so that nobody sees you and the person won't wakeup (hopefully). Again save before you break in and check bounty after you entered the house. Try reloading the game if you make a mistake in killing. Don't let them run out and call the guards. If they call the guards, reload the game and try again. If anyone sees you killing them you're in trouble. Also you should be able to kill them in sneak mode, that way your bounty wont increase. You should have good enchanted weapons to kill someone in one or two strike (in sneak mode) before they can run out and call the guards. Once they're dead (check your bounty and make sure it's still 0 ), then you can steal the house key from their body and then make it yours. put all your stuff there and you can live there. If you don't care about the bounty (as long as it's less than 500),and if you can afford to pay the thiefs guild to get rid of it, then you don't have to worry about the bounty part.
