They are all in movies and books. Even if they are real they have nothing to do with nature of God or Christianity per se just the nature of what man has done with the church.

You know that that book was fiction don't you? Most of those things you mentioned are actually unrelated in anyway. Da Vinci was an atheist, priory of scion was invented in the 1950's, knights templar was just an army, and Tom Hanks is just an actor.
